Canada Banks

Anybody know any Canadian banks you don't have to go in person to open an account?

It is a national law. You must apply in person.

I don't think it is a national law and I believe at certain Canadian banks that Americans and people over seas can apply by mail. Canadians can do the same at other US banks as well. As for the list of Canadian banks that will allow this I am not sure but I am sure a bit of research you can find one.
